Google goes public once it verifies the listing, which needs a name sign at the trailer first. The target is about Monday, October 5.

If Google mails a verification postcard instead of taking the video, it comes to 215 Ute St, addressed to Chef Joe at Roadhouse. Please set it aside for Joe; it holds the code that turns the listing on.
One take of 60–90 seconds: the Ute St sign, the 215 over your door, then the trailer, filmed when the trailer isn’t serving. No customers or faces, and not your point-of-sale screen.
Google’s video check looks for “Chef Joe at Roadhouse” on a permanent sign at the trailer. Whether and where a sign goes isn’t settled yet.
If Google or Facebook suggests Delta Roadhouse during setup, Joe declines it. Joe won’t claim, merge or edit anything of yours.
The Chef Joe social accounts and Google listing don’t sell or promote alcohol. That stays under Delta Roadhouse’s license.
